What kind of bar tape is this?

What is this bar tape on a Team Ineos bike at TdU? Looks comfy. Thanks.

Well, apparently it's a Most Superlight tape, 2020 version. And not widely available, which figures.

PINARELLO 2020

Ribbon Most PINARELLO SUPERLIGHT
Colore: Nero

The new SUPERLIGHT tape is made with an anti-vibration EVA foam 3mm thick.
The suede-effect finish gives incredible grip and comfort in all conditions.
The new graphics will add a touch of unique style to the bike.
This tape is very elastic with worn edges, easy to assemble and guarantees smooth and homogeneous wrapping

Funny, he popped into my head as well. You think he was just as good at climbing as he was at descending?

Pinos have never been cheap, and now that they're part of the LVMH empire of baubles for plutocrats, $60 seems about right.
