Where was this Cervelo made?

I recently acquired this Cervelo SuperProdigy, serial # OR03051146, and can't figure where it was made. There's not a lot of info online, some claim Taiwan and others thought maybe Hot tubes did a few. Inquiring minds want to know.

I would reach out to Hugh Black of TrueNorth Cycles (https://truenorthcycles.com) - he built the Renaissance frames back in the day and likely knows where this one was made.
