I agree. My eye is drawn to the white handle and away from that gorgeous frame.

Not if the pump peg is located on the top of the head tube or top of the seat tube, that's in the rules too.

I have a mint condition yellow version with the Campy head, that pump is the star, in fact it sets on my curio for all to see with other bike assorted stuff, and other odds and ends I've collected over the years.
