I like Hambini, call me a simpleton if you must. AbsoluteBlack's responses in the comment section are cringe worthy. That's not how you respond as a company. To me they are trying way to hard to defend they're product. That tells me it's utter ****e.

I personally feel companies such as Silca, CeramicSpeed, AbsoluteBlack play us consumers for fools...I call BS **** on the pricing and return on these items and I'm more than happy to here people like Hambini call them out.

That's a very polite way of saying he's boring A-F

I live 15 minutes (7miles, 12km) from his workshop and have visited him. He's much more personable in real life but I think he keeps his videos intentionally vanilla.

NOT gonna read the 35 responses but he thinks he's clever and interesting and he thinks 'some' like his profane, sexist, childish manner...and probably some do. BUT..his message is lost in the BS he throws around before, during and after...

Overall I think his commentary on products like this is a great counterweight to the access journalism crowd.
There's nothing about this guy that is 'journalism' in anyway..anymore than some guy stumbling out of a bar at 2am..and gets on a bike, cuz he lost his license to a dui, is a 'cyclist'...

He certainly isn’t a “journalist”, or really even a cyclist. Probably why he doesn’t get caught up in the hype.

His videos are much less boring at 2x speed.

But he does repeat himself. And then he repeats the repeats. The problem for both hambini and him is the information offered can be covered in very little time, so they have to repeat themselves. And in Hambini's case, just be childish.

For the most part, I like his videos. Informative and usually entertaining. It's good that someone in this world is calling out these companies.

These brands are getting rich from cyclists urge to have the latest and greatest, without proof anything works. I never understood the hype of OSPW. It's an overpriced piece of equipment for marginal gains.

I feel confident nobody at those companies is getting rich.
