Forks, Tire Clearance, and Racer M's

Looking for some fork suggestions to start a build on a new bike. Plan is to be able to run tire up to maybe 30 mm, and utilize Paul Racer M's. What production forks out there have enough clearance for 30's. Trying to avoid trial and error. Oh, and preferably carbon. Thanks in advance.

I don't have any recommendations but it will have to be a fork made for medium reach brakes which will narrow down the field a lot.

Whisky Fork here

at 15% off. A fine fork. By the way, with that fork and plain old medium reach calipers, I fit 30mm tires no problem on my Curtlo. Pauls are great but spendy and you gotta deal with bridge wires, cable hangers, etc.
