Hasn't been mentioned but whichever fork you choose, make sure it's the right 'spec' for your frame's headtube angle and such, rake wise, axle to crown..etc..

I'm watching. I am also looking at getting a new Dean, in my case a Torreys. Currently have a steel fork/headset at 1 1/8. Am trying to figure out what to do. Getting to be fewer 1 1/8 forks left, so trying to figure out whether to go all in on 44 mm HT, old school 1 1/8, or something else? Anyone know if there are adapters for 1 1/8 fork to larger HT? |

Yep - Dean gave me all the specs, and I can source through them - just never had a 44 mm HT and wasn't sure if 1-1/4 or 1-1/2 was the way to go. Enve has both available and Dean said either are fine and that they usually go with whichever is available. The Enve 43 rake and A/C work great.

no one gave a thought to Tune headsets so i thought that i would.
they are reliable and lightweight and can be had for the same price as CK or cane creek. and like CK, they have many anodization choices. |
