Hed Belgium C2 rim brake tubulars--this is an oddball wheelset; Specialized SCS disk brake QR hubs laced to Hed Belgium C2 tubular rims. Since I ran these on my disk bike, the brake track has never been used. I rode these in 8-10 races, very good condition. Rims have only used Effetto tape, so no glue residue. THIS REAR WHEEL IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH A SPECIALIZED SCS QUICK-RELEASE BIKE. I'm considering this more or less a sale of the near-new rims. $200 shipped?
