Paris and Brussels week in October

Hello and thanks for reading, thanks for any suggestions! I posted similar questions for Italy a few years back that generated great advice for food, sights and treasures.

We are going to Paris for 4 or 5 days and a couple of days in Brussels. We typically take a guided bike tour right away then rent bikes to explore further.
