Chicago Paceliners

Any Paceliners in the Chicago area? Looking for reputable LBS for shipping a bike.

Where in Chicago?
Pedal and Spoke in Aurora is a good shop.

Aurora is pretty far from Chicago if you're going to ask a seller to deliver a bike to the shop for shipping.

Yes, that's true. I called them, though, and they recommended a shop in Chicago that is reputable. The only hurdle left is to find a facilitator as the seller won't take Paypal.

Where is the bike located? I live in Evanston, but work in the Loop. I can probably connect with the seller is it's somewhere near that corridor.

K, we've settled (offline) that the bike is in the Oak Park area. Johnny Sprockets is in Lakeview and Andersonville, so would probably involve some schlepping. Any shops in the Oak Park/River Forest/Forest Park area people would recommend for shipping?

OK, now we know a location. Lickbike in Oak Park...seems to have a good rep over the years.
