That looks really fantastic. Definitely on my want-to-buy list.
I'm curious, between your three models, how much overlap is there in the molds you use? Can you get all the different geometries just through different configurations of the same molds you use for the original road frame, or did the all road or supple road require new molds to get the frame right?

A little of both. We use some existing molds and made others as needed.

We've also engineered and tested different layups (ply shapes and schedules) for each model.

Paint should match some local wall art. 3556 Northeast Sandy Boulevard mural be OK with me. ![]() Or a 'Rose' City [2314B Northeast Alberta Street] Motif be OK for PDX I guess. I'll need a Pursuit Jersey too, look goofy with my Red Strong Jersey on test Pursuit wouldn't I. ![]()

Spectacular!
Which fenders are those? They really look perfect with that bike. |

Here is a recently built All Road. We did a cool "Marble Camo" paint job. It's another color separation of an image and wasn't originally meant to be camo. It just sort of turned out that way so that's what we call it.
This particular bike is a 57.5cm with our standard layup. The frame weighs just under 1000 grams. The entire bike weighs just under 17 without pedals. Considering it's an All Road with added durability in the layup added for rigors of its use, that's not a bad weight. For the fun of it, I've also included a color rendering. We did it prior to painting so we could see what it would look like. |

Beautiful build! The paint is a super cool original design and all the parts just work!

One of the prettiest bikes we've made
Here is one of the prettiest bikes we've done in a while. A super classy color scheme designed around the Chris King Matte Bourbon parts. It has fun western icons on the downtube and a custom stitched saddle by Busyman Bicycles that exhibits impeccable craftsmanship.

This is a bike we recently showed at the Enve Grodeo and then it went down to Road Bike Action magazine for a review. The tester, David, also rode it in the Steamboat Gravel race. The pics were taken by Ian at Enve. There is also a really cool video detailing RBA's thoughts on the bike.
