Custom decals for bikes (for cover-over)

Situation where you buy a used bike where previous owner had a cool custom paint job but with his name emblazoned on the top tube or even just a chipped section where the touch-up effort doesn't pass the OCD test.

Anyone know of a source for cool looking bike decals that would address the above? Desiring high durability that won't peel off or degrade after 3 bike washes.

Sign shops can cut out vinyl decal graphics for you. They should survive pretty well as long as you don't rub up against them heavily.
