OT -- Windshield Washer Reservoir Repair/Replace

Have a 2012 Volvo s60 with a dripping windshield washer reservoir. If anyone knows the details of removal, please inform me. I believe that if I remove the wheel and fender liner, I can access it. Don't want to remove the bumper.

Also, has anyone used something like a marine grade sealant to fix the leak (guess it's the seam)? If so, any recommendations?

Flex Seal should work. The spray version in a can is easy to use.
