Sometimes there's quite a bit of "tribalism mentality" in cycling -- you have to dress a certain way, or the bike has to look a certain way or you have to behave a certain way on the bike....when in actual fact the minute you jump on the bike and start pedaling, all these B.S. just kinda fade into the background, and become secondary...

That's why I like to post videos of my group rides because it clearly shows that in reality, we come in different shapes and sizes, there's no one size fits all.

Video from this morning's ride. This is the 2nd time I've used my new GoPro Hero 7 Black. I'm so impressed by its ability to smooth the video as it records it. I used to have to do that during the editing and it could be time-consuming work. I'm curious to see how well it works on the singletrack trails.
