This is a good discussion and hope that you see improvement.
I am immune compromised and have had all my booster shots.
I do not take unnecessary risks and always wear a mask which i realize is not 100% protection. Luckily I have not had Covid as far as I know and have no idea how it would affect me but reading others experiences here it is certainly concerning. Still 2,000 deaths per week in U.S. due to Covid and people are acting like we are over it and it is no longer a threat. This thread is a good reminder that it can be serious.

I did just finish reading the book Breath. I also listened to the Huberman Lab pod on breathing. Lots of good stuff in both places. Not anything regarding covid though. Just how to breathe and how many of us are doing it incorrectly. Yea, I know tape my mouth shut at night. No more snoring.
On the list!

That Nestor book was a trip. A lot of good insight.

I listened to in on audio (Audible has a 30 day free trial) as I'm never gonna have time to read a book again. However, I am driving at least an hour every day to commute.

I do think between the book or the Huberman pod, there's a lot of very interesting info that seemingly can really benefit cyclists.

Ya. I now have lots of new breathing techniques that I'm playing with. Between breath work, cold showers, planking, Athletic Greens, and no drinking...I should be Cat 1. I'm still Cat 6. But, I feel great!

Sidebar: trying to exclusively nose breathe up as 12% climb is a new version of torture.
