It's blasted. I chose a brass headbadge on mine.

There is no paint coating applied. The frosty finish comes from a glass bead blast treatment.

Stainless is a cool material.

Dave, will you ever design a thru axle rear dropout for your frames with the trend moving towards disc?

I don't know about designing my own thru axle drop.....I see very little call for them so far. I'll happily build with ones i can buy if that is what will work best for the rider.
