Nice! I have family near there, and I've noticed that MV also has a ton of old cool Bridgestones floating around. I think one of the local bike shops carried them in the 80s or 90s, and none of them ever left the island.

Yikes..might not be surprised, when the owner comes back, the wheels will be gone..

I figure the owner was either at the film festival or an eatery. It’s the main street in VH, lots of foot traffic. Not saying a pro thief couldn’t make off with them but it hasn’t been a thing on the Island. I may be a fool but I don’t lock my bike outside the Post Office or similar. I use a cable lock if I am going to be inside the film center or grocery store.

One small advantage of thru axles over QR - takes a tool and a bit longer to remove
