Does anyone have a full picture of this David Kirk frame?
I am repainting my steel travel bike and have decided to go with the color on this David Kirk frame that I saw on DK website. Is it owned by anyone here? I would love to see a full picture of the bike. Thank you.

I say we focus on the title of this thread and ignore Weisan's color curiosity.

I am researching a repaint for one of my frames. Have you selected a painter or are you doing it yourself?

This is the second repaint for the Taylor ritchey breakaway bike. I have learned from painful lesson that wet paint may look great when it first came out but it's not the most practical application for a travel bike, thus choosing the route to do powder coating. His turnaround time is fast too! - just 3-4 weeks. and Cheap! <$200 I think you may be right! The RAL code is 6027 RAL 6027 / Light Green / #7ebab5 Hex Color Code #7ebab5 Paint ChipThe hexadecimal color code #7ebab5 is a medium light shade of cyan. In the RGB color model #7ebab5 is comprised of 49.41% red, 72.94% green and 70.98% blue. In the HSL color space #7ebab5 has a hue of 175° (degrees), 30% saturation and 61% lightness. This color has an approximate wavelength of 493.49 nm. https://encycolorpedia.com/7ebab5

Hey Pal, that's my bike! I rode it the day before yesterday for a few hours; here's a photo (below). The color (at least on my screen) is very accurate in the photos you posted from Dave's site. BTW, the frame is the fillet-brazed frame that won the best fillet-brazed prize at NAHBS about 9 years ago. It may be the best balanced bike I've ever ridden. In the photo below, the color is more saturated than in real life.
Joe Bell called the color "Putzmeister Green". Apparently it's a German heavy equipment company. It's not traditional Bianchi celeste, though it's close. Let me know if you have any questions. Tim |

Tim pal!!!!
You are my hero! Thanks for coming to my rescue. That bike looked like it was never ridden and as new as yesterday when it came back from Joe Bell, you have taken really good care of your bike. Oh mine, it looks stunning....I want I want I want!

This what happens when Dave fillet brazed Columbus Cento tubing and Joe Bell painted in Porsche Signal Green. Rides beautifully...
