Question about soreness and fit -

I know its a can of worms, but if ones upper hip area seems sore, is there an appropriate fit change that can alleviate the soreness?
Gluteus medias area - scissor lifts set it off -

I would recommend getting a fit done instead of trying to diagnose on internet. Not trying to be snarky but there are so many different factors at play that this is not something you want to misdiagnose, only to have something 'else' pop up.

I recently had some soreness and general consensus told me tight it band and incorrect reach. Turns out it was a multitude of other factors which was cause but it was showing up in the it band.

Since my fit (just three weeks ago) I've had zero flare ups or soreness issues.

Hope you get it worked out whatever it is.

I seemed to have developed this same issue. Looking into getting a FIT in Connecticut area.
