Serotta CSi New Build

This is the one that I picked up last summer. Took off the Campy 8/mismatched wheels, kept the Syncros Ti seatpost--but everything else from the parts bin, including rare gumby shaped Ultra Torque Centaur silver (NOS).

It's a NOS Centaur triple--not a fan of compacts--50-40-30 and a NOS Centaur mid cage.

(getting upload error for pictures--pics to follow)

Yowsa! That's perfect... Nice build and the triple looks good on there - no shame in them at all, imho.

Looking forward to hearing how you like the ride.

I love that yellow!

Thanks!

I rode it a bit last year as purchased (after rebuilding the front wheel) and thought it was one of the best steel bikes I've ever thrown a leg over. Tracks like it is on rails, and (to me) has a lovely ride quality. I now know why people rave about them.

Probably black tape to finish...

I started racing on a Cinelli that was about the same yellow--horrible paint job, with a Chiquita Banana sticker in place of the head badge--but everyone knew where I was in the bunch.

(I think those are the Pave tires I got from you that are on there!--Thanks!)

Lookin' good. Triples have gotten a bum rap; although at this point, you are probably ahead trend!

Lovely.

You could do a black and yellow spatter bar tape as well. Retro look.
