Actual size of WTB Byway 700x44?

Saw this, I have the 47x650 personally.

"On a 22mm rim the Byway 44 tire measures at 43mm wide."

I will have some time to mount one over the weekend and inflate it to what pressure? It will be on a dt Swiss c 1800 wheel. 22 inner /26 outer.
