ebay woes-email?

Bought something last Monday..funds left paypal but ebay held them and item went into a 'cart'. Called ebay and they said cuz a 'bank holiday'..well, I've cancelled the order, emptied the cart but the funds, having left my PP account, are still being held by ebay..really don't want to call them again..I really have a tough time understanding the person anyway, it seems.

So, any email address that anybody knows about?
