Fender Sizing

Currently running 32's, will be tight around the fork and require some dimpling/cutting. Whats the smallest fender size that I can comfortably run with 32mm tires?

VO 38mm?
PDW 37mm?

+1 45mm. You can go a touch narrower depending on the profile of the fender and vertical clearance. Can't tell for sure from your pic, but it doesn't look like you have gobs of vertical/radial clearance.

Yes, dimpling will be in order. Start shaping your pine blocks.
