2019 Pegoretti MXXXXXO 57 from TPC

I picked up that 2019 Peg MXXXXXO from TPC yesterday. Better condition than was elaborated on site. Need to touch up about 3-4 small chips but excellent condition. Drive train looks relatively low mileage as do the wheels. Will be changing out seat to a SMP Dynamic. Rest will stay intact and maybe opt for 28s of the same tire (Challenge Strada). Also need a 110 Fizik R1 7degree stem (100 on it too short).

Will post photos once back at the house next few days.

No roads to ride in Breck Co so it will be trainer to dial it in.

Have a Respo in Ciavete being built this late spring and will be physically picking it up in Verona for some Italy/Austria riding.

Been waiting for nearly 18 years to get a Pegoretti!

Stand by for pics.

Love it - great pickup! That colorway is really sweet - and having a Marcelo for the shorter and faster days, and a Respo for the longer and mellower days sounds like a perfect plan..

Congrats on this acquisition - you will never regret it! We'll stand by to see the new Respo after you pick it up!

Gorgeous! I'm hoping my 59 MXXXXXO frameset in the same colorway will arrive in the next week or so. All the builds with 45 WTOs are killing me. I have some perfectly fine wheelsets already but the WTOs look so good on the Pegs.....

You should get the bright label ones, just so we can see which are best with this particular colorway..

I'd argue for the Bora Ultra 35s that are for sale in the Classifieds....I have zero connection to the seller, but I have a set on my Duende and they are incredible wheels. Rim brake clinchers are something like 1350g....so towards the "very light" side of the spectrum, but are still bomb proof and they spin for days. Never ridden the WTOs, but I have no need for wide rims since my frame barely fits 28s as it is. Either way, they're both killer wheels!

Yep, I'm a big Campy wheel fan - I've had Eurus, Shamal Mille, Shamal, Bora Ultra 35s and 50s (clincher and tub) etc. But I'm also a huge tubeless fan. I have a set of Vision KOMs that are similar to Bora 35s - actually a tad lighter and are TLR. If I went Bora 35s I'd go with tubs. I also somehow broke a rear Bora Ultra 35 hub - I've never broken a wheel and have only broken a few spokes. I'm tall but not heavy....at least Campy warrantied and rebuilt the wheel.
