Bike Frame wall holder displays
Hi Paceline.
Wanted to show off this gizmo I make for fellow bike nutcases to display that nostalgic frameset as wall art. In my case - my cracked MX leader! ![]() I have gone through many iterations of this design of holding via the BB shell. I had even previously marketed a fancy machined aluminum version but had supply issues and it cost too much. As a plus, I like this version even more! Hope you like too. Tim ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Neat! I bet you could sell a gaggle of those on Etsy.

That's pretty cool. I like the simplicity of your design.

Tim pal, I need one for my cracked MX Leader too!
And the Waterford...not forgetting the lugged Italian Titan. P.S. I have absolutely no qualms about riding it except it's on the extreme end of small side for me.

Genius
Sign me up for a couple of those. But living in earthquake country, I need a way to secure the frame to the mount. Maybe a longer clear tube that could wrap all the way around the seat tube without being too obvious.

If your frame has a bolt on cable guide - you can just remove the cable stop piece, put the bolt back in finger tighten it in - the bolt will perform like a set screw on the tube that passes through the bb shell. I just tried it and very little pressure makes it hold superbly. Also there is using a toe strap to strap the seat tube to the little tube that rises from the back. Or even fishing wire if you want it to look more stealth!
If you are interested I have put these up for sale I thought $40 US plus a little shipping! http://granvillebicycles.bigcartel.c...holder-display Thanks for your interest! |

I'm in for two, I have a Landshark and an Master X-Light that will never be ridden again. Now just to get permission to display the two frames in the house.

Brought it up last night and she liked the idea. We've been discussing ideas for remodeling our home office and the "our old racing memorabilia" theme is a winner.
