Crowd Sourcing: Carbon CX Frame w/142 axle, 40mm tires?

Since I had to return the Niner BSB, I'm searching again for a carbon CX frame that has 142 rear spacing, can take a 40mm tire and is at least marginally compliant in the bumps. Basically, I want the Ridley X-Fire I'm riding now only with bigger tires and discs.
The Ridleys get a bad rap for their tall BB but I don't mind it...however, the X-fire isn't made any more and the X-Night is way too stiff (I've owned one). Not sore about their new gravel model.

So, what frames (that I can find used) fit that bill?

Focus Mares

I love mine. I've even done MTB races on it.
142 12/15, 40c WTB no problem
but it's pretty stiff

In terms of something off-the-shelf, I have heard good things about the Santa Cruz Stigmata and Trek Checkpoint (this one has their coupler thingy for extra compliance). If you're looking for something custom, Hampsten does a custom gravel frame at a surprisingly reasonable price.

I'm thinking most of the post 2019 CX frames are configured with 142 spacing and big tire clearance, but since I'm a tight fisted bastid, I'll be looking for used and cheap, which means at least a couple years old.
