Never again would I consider purchasing from them.

Ridiculous delivery time. And then when I had to return the item, they tried to pretend they never received it (blamed it on customs, the post, the old guy on the street... anyone they could).

In the end I took it up with my credit card company and got refunded.

A google search for customer reviews will reveal all that needs to be known.

This has nothing to do with BikeInn, but if ordering from overseas I would suggest Wiggle and Probikekit right now. Last week I ordered clothing from Wiggle and a pair of 100% glasses from PBK. I ordered on Monday and received the items on Wednesday (2 DAYS) shipped to Florida via DHL Express. Shipping was free.

My order shipped May 12.
Supposedly left the originating country May 15.
Was MIA until June 13.
Finally delivered to me June 18.

BikeInn told me that it was shipped by air.

My previous order in 2019, which was a much smaller package, arrived in 7 days.

BikeInn does carry some things that I don't see anywhere else.

Since I'm near DC, I'd hope mine would fly in to JFK or IAD...anyone else in the mid-atlantic able to say which way your BikeInn stuff came through?

In MoCo— ordered a couple times from them and it went through JFK for me.

Leaning this way as well. They are surprisingly uninformative or apologetic for a 30-40 day delay in delivery. Saying 30-40 but I have no idea. Thinking of just disputing the charge.

Placed an order with BikeInn for some Campy cassettes I couldn't find elsewhere on June 2. Shipped on June 4th and arrived in Chicago June 15th where it was handed over to USPS. Still havent received it, but I figure 11 days to the US during a pandemic isn't too bad. Hold up now seems to be on USPS, which I can't blame on BikeInn. Hopefully it'll arrive soon.

Now I checked and the White Pro Stealth saddle is OOS in BikeInn and nowhere to be found in eBay.

Crossing my fingers it will arrive here someday...

I won't be ordering from them again. I ordered a saddle May 13 and the last tracking update was May 26.

Decided to take my chances and order and hope it comes through JFK's ISC. I just had something sent Swiss Post go through customs there in 2 days. Fingers crossed...

I ordered some stuff from RunnerInn (TradeInn conglomerate) on 5/31. Tracking indicated it to be sitting in the Netherlands from 6/03 until yesterday. It's now in Nashua, NH.

Well my White Pro Stealth saddle finally arrived today. Originally ordered on 5/6.

On the other hand. I ordered a crank set from Merlin and it was delivered within a week.

Bike Inn was the only place that had (they showed one in stock, but now I doubt they had it) the CO2 filler I wanted (ToPeak) it's been 2 months, have had one e-mail from them apologizing for the delay (a month ago) definitely never ordering from them again.

as soon as I filed a dispute with my cc company, USPS showed tracking activity where my order was at least in the US. No movement beyond that though. I think BikeInn + USPS is a recipe for disaster.

Got my cassettes. Sat in Chicago for a while -- assuming at customs. Once it was finally handed over to USPS it got here quick. About a month door to door. Hard to know if shipping delays are an issue with them or just the state of international commerce these days. I'd use them again if need be for a part I couldn't find stateside, but certainly nothing time-sensitive.
