Ot: any apple sales people here?

Getting a MacBook Pro for daughter as she heads out to college and not finding any great deals out there.

When we did this a few years ago for our son it seems like it was like 20% off with student ID?

Are there any super secret codes that are needed or are the promotions just not what they used to be for students?

We got our student discount on a MacBook Pro by going through the school website (CCA in our case). The school gave us a link that funneled us into the Apple store with revised prices.

With Wacom, we didn't have a school-provided link, so we used our student's information to apply for a discount and got it very quickly.

It was at least 20% off in each case.

Most schools have a unique log in to a private Apple store page. That will have the best pricing.

Yeah I remember it being like 20 % for him a few years ago but we called the student store and it was the same as Best Buy at 10% off and AirPods.

Check B+H In NYC. They’ve been blowing out Apple products all week.

I've had good luck with b&h and Adorama. Depending on your state the discount + no taxes would make it cheaper than a student discount + taxes.
