OT: Win 10 File History Backup

I'm using Win 10's "File History" to backup my PC on a daily schedule using the default folders as populated by the app.

Some of these seem less relative or unnecessary i.e. "My Backup Files"

"Backup Options" allows removal of folders
"Exclude this folders" adds folders to exclude

Anyone have a strategy for using one or the other?

I use the standard list and do not exclude. My backup drive is 50% larger than the boot drive, and backups are compressed by default. No issue with space.
