Specialized Epic HT -- Dusty Lilac

Wanted to get back out in the world and ride some races this year, and rather than go back to CX, I figured I'd try XC this year. I recently moved to Milwaukee, so yeah here we go; Summer of Shred.

The bike is a 2020 Epic HT. I changed it over to tubeless, upgraded to AXS and I have a Fox 100 SC fork on the way. Going to be a fun rabbit hole.

Welcome to Milwaukee, sweet ride! Tons of single track trails in town to ride that on!

The new Epic is really a nice bike. How is the tire clearance in the rear?

Super cool bike. Love the color. Very proper xc trail shredder for sure. Good luck, and let us know how you do. Planning a summer of events here in Michigan myself. Wish I had a brand new 29er!!

Nice!
Love that color! It is almost the same as Fender's
old Burgundy Mist Strat

Looks like a race bike. Might not end up using those tires though. they are great on dry grippy tracks, but maybe better stuff it its muddy or dry-dusty.

How do you like the shifter? I hear good things.
