FC-R8100 crank 46-36

Does anyone know if the Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 crank with 46-36 chainrings is actually available?

Bump. This is listed as “new” on the Shimano US website. Seems to be available on a few European websites, but not available for sale to USA. The 11-speed FC-R8000 version is available in the US. Does anyone have intel regarding the 12-speed FC-R8100 46-36 version?
