edinburgh biek rental?

Heading to the Queen City to see my daughter perform in the Fringe, and would rather not schlep my bike from the States. Know any place that rents decent road bikes (Cervelo, Cannondale, Giant, etc), and that would install my Speedplays?

Thanks Jox--I ride a 54.5, but have ridden a 54. There the last two weeks of August. Hoping for ride out to East Neuk--Anstruther.
