Their other handlebar bags are nice and still pretty lightweight, self contained, and rackless also. I have a Mountain Handle Pack and a Touring Handle Bar Pack and they both use the same "inspired by the capo" mount system with interchangeable mounts, good for lighter or heavier handlebar loads.

Anyone still use one of these, probable still my all time favorite front bag rack?

So handy, tool-less easy on, easy off!

Where do you find one of those stabilizers? I tried searching a while back but no leads.

Thanks

The name of the company that made those escapes me......They were great. While they can be adapted for different bags, I believe that they were made with the old T.A. canvas bags in mind as they are a perfect fit. The only downside is that the setup is slightly bouncier on a rough road than a setup with a mounted rack, but is still far more stable than most rackless bags.
They are very hard to find.....

I prefer the farsik to the bandito it replaced - fastening system was quicker and retained more snug and the bag fabrication was higher quality - the bandito I had didn't seem to ever sit parallel - like it was made a little 'off' center.

Also made by a fellow Canadian, a great price and super quality.

FWIW
Thanks for linking this! I've been considering adding a bartender-type bag and their Stem Bag looks great. Made in town as well

options

I was just looking at this question too.

https://topodesigns.com/collections/...ducts/bike-bag

http://www.bedrockbags.com/gear/tapeats-handlebar-bag

For something small, cheap, will hold your phone snacks and armwarmers, this is a bag a few friends of mine use, it can hang from the handlebars in front...

Have fun!

nice but....
hard to access
straps tough to fasten
looks good though
flap should open on rider side, not the front side
maybe minor points, but not as functional as it could be, ought to be
and kickflix hard to swap easily between bikes

Google handlebar bag and mount...combination was about $25 on Amazon. I have a RoadRunner large Burrito that's well built, made in USA, etc., but the $10 bag does the same job with a zipper that's easier to access on the fly. The mount is nice as you have hand space and the bag doesn't press on the cables.

I have a chrome feedbag that worked well and I have a brooks front bag as well sitting around somewhere. Haven’t used them since receiving my burrito supremes though.
