Revelate Tangle bag. It's my go-to for anything short of an overnight - an extra (extra) tube, snacks, wallet/phone/keys and a cache battery for the dynamo all fit snuggly. Plus it keeps my framepump from rattling on bumpy gravel

That carbon fork is a nice update for that bike! I can imagine that unless you were riding with a front load all the time, that steel fork is probably a bit overkill.. looks great man!
