Any opinions on the Shimano Pro Falcon AF saddles?
I've been riding the Specialized Alias saddle but since they don't make it anymore I'm looking for a replacement. The Alias is a flat moderately padded saddle.
The Shimano Pro Falcon AF looks like a good replacement. Flat, center cutout, and actually very light for the price. Just wondering if anyone has any comments from using it. Thanks Last edited by farmallguy; 11-09-2019 at 08:33 AM. Reason: add link to image |

I have a few Pro saddles, but mine are the Turnix and Griffon. The Falcon is described as being the most aggressive of the three. It is indeed flat with minimal padding. The Turnix is close to the same, just a bit of a curve on the outer edges, and the griffon has rounded edges and just a bit more padding. I like the ones that I have. They are to beat for the price for both light weight and comfort. Two of mine have Ti rails and one, an older Griffon, has CF rails. That is the one I like the most.

Thanks for the replies.
Clean39T, the Griffon didn't look flat enough for me but thanks. After much saerching I just ordered a Selle San Marco Apside Supercomfort. It's flat with a large cutout and not to heavy, around 210g. Found one on the bay for $105. |
