S&S machineworks - order direct?

I emailed them over the weekend, but does anyone know if S&S machineworks sells direct to consumer for small parts? waiting to hear back from them now.

the wheels on my older grey case are completely wrecked, and they claim on the website they have replacement hardware, but the website looks like it hasnt gotten an update in about a decade.

short of that, it looks like i'll have to mcguyver some wheel solution.

The website is ancient, but they’re definitely there. I’ve ordered the plastic braces and other parts (TSA net, etc.) directly from them, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Call them.
The company that did my installation left the seals off the couplings. A call to S&S resulted in seals being sent to me, along with a nice chat with the owner.

the seal plates that cover the ends of the tubes? Not retrofittable. I decided to leave them off of my travel bike, I figure that TSA wouldn't like. A lot of builders think the same way.

I saw some couplers for sale recently, and they had o-rings. I'm pretty sure mine didn't come with those either.

also - i've stretched a section of inner tube over the couplers when riding in super wet weather.

Couplers on my frame are internal, not lugged, due to tapered tubes.
Seals are more of a finishing touch.

Angry pal, another alternative and potentially cheaper route is to get a DIY wheels from Harbor Freight. Shouldn't be that hard to make it work.
