Anyone had success with the British Cycling training plans?
There seems to be a pretty big selection of training plans offered by british cycling (ostensibly for free). No mention of Triamcinolone or inhalers.
Anyone have experience good/bad with them? Here's an example https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/kn...raining-Plan-0

Sufferfest makes no secret that they make use of their warmups.
Works for me. I like a lot of their CX plan: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/kn...raining-Plan-0 |

ive incorporated some of their sessions into my riding. I have come to the conclusion im too old to train. riding has to be fun, so ill add in some 40-20s, or the 100rpm climbing drill, or the big ring power drill into otherwise normal rides. the 40-20s have certainly pushed my early season FTP up a bit, plus they are super fun

I haven't used their training plans (didn't know about them--thanks for sharing), but I started using some of their recipes (available under Nutrition section) with noticeable success (which I define as my liking to eat things like banana muffins and porridge).

I haven't looked at their nutrition section. I'm too afraid that I'll relive that scene from King Ralph.
