Well thought out Aaron, I especially like the extended rear tang on the non-drive dropout. The little things one can incorporate when custom.

From the pictures I would leave then as they are... dont take a single gram out of them. They are cut way to perfect, just leave them as they are.

Shaping these custom stainless dropouts prior to brazing for quick clean-up after brazing. I have always been attracted to the knife edge treatment on this joint and am excited to have a dropout that can accomplish this while allowing for stainless faces to prevent paint peel when changing wheels. Also, a new style of seat stay attachment for me. This took a while to get the miter perfect, file, check, file, check, you get the idea but I pleased with the results.

Introducing the prehistoric all-road/gravel grinder. No discs, no thru axles and no tapered headtube, rather a simple bike that can take 700x38 knobby tires, linear side pull brakes (TRP 957) and quick release skewers for "quick" tube changes. Not that the new tech doesn't have something to offer for more discerning riders but I think this covers the needs of most...

The paint is designed to capture our blue planet, full of life, as it fades into the deep dark abyss of the galaxy. The downtube is polished stainless so the tree roots and logo are polished stainless coming through with the tree reflected by the "water" onto the seat tube.

Thanks all, getting the fillet brazed stem ready to primer today and paint before the end of the week, also awaiting a headset and bars to round out the build. Photos soon.
