Chainline and chain durability question

A little over a year ago, I built up a dropbar mountain bike. It is set up with Rival XPLR drivetrain. The rear is 142mm.

Cranks are XX1 with Wolftooth 3mm offset 36T chainring. It’d be ideal to set it up with a 6mm offset ring but such configuration does not exist that is also flat top chain compatible. So as it sits, the front chain is probably in line with the 3rd or 4th smallest cog.

I don’t plan on being in the low low gear often (ie extreme end of the chainline). But when I do, I’ll most likely be way out in the sticks with no cell coverage.

My question is, does running it in this extreme angle cause premature wear to the chain, ring, cassette? And more prone to chain failure?

I can’t really get a good picture. But below is the set up.
