Appears to have only one cup holder. I was planning to get one but that’s a deal breaker for me.

Remove that windshield wiper and he'd get another 1-2 mph.

You still have to pay extra for floor mats and the Tru-Coat.

What does it mean to be a "production car"? The previous "production car record holder}, the Bugatti Veyron, was neither a production car (it had several modifications not available on customer versions), nor did the record run meet the standards set by any recognized regulating body's regulations.
I sometimes watch NHRA drag races. While these cars are obviously purpose built machines, they might come closer to the spirit of "production" car because there are more NHRA dragsters built to the same set of tight rules and regulations than most of the "record setting" super cars like the Tuatura and the Veyron. Instead of going 330 mph once and only once, these dragsters will go up to 335 mph several times a day, every weekend during the race season. They could go much faster if they weren't limited to 1000 ft runs. |

Just another manufacturer taking away our choices, forcing us go carbon fiber, disc brake, and 1x electronic shifting.

Exactly. I bet rim brakes were never a consideration for the product managers at this company. Probably uses proprietary bearings and requires some special tools.
I wonder if I can even order a 2” receiver for my 1UP rack. Probably not. |

A truck driver told me he was driving through Arizona once and stopped at a stop sign and looked carefully both ways, then crossed because he didn't see any traffic. As his rear tandem on the trailer crossed, he was hit by a sports car going an estimated 200mph. It pushed his loaded trailer 6 feet to the side and there was only an engine block and twisted frame materials left of the Corvette that hit him.
Cars that go these speeds on American roads are useless.

Your comment about these speeds on American roads should pretty much include all roads because even on unregulated sections of the Autobahn speeds like this are extremely unsafe and basically not possible anyway because coming up on a 180 MPH Porsche 911 Turbo S with a 125 MPH overtake speed is a recipe for disaster. There’s almost nowhere, even a track, where these speeds can be realized. |

My hometown is the endpoint of the A95 Autobahn München Garmisch, Autobahn known for low traffic, no speed limit and "the flow". Therefore, there are travel agencies bringing in wealthy people to have a go.
We count a few dozen wrecked supercars, not to mention a couple of dead innocent people, every year. I have no sympathy for grown men behaving like spoilt 12 year Olds.

Where are the usual suspects that'd call this carbon fibre masterpiece a "plastic" car? LOL!!

With gas prices so low, I’m tempted.
