Kelly painted my frame himself a few years back, so he can do it all if needed. Mine was actually brazed too, so not welded by Andy like the TIG bikes are. It's now off to another Paceliner after quite a lot of awesome miles (its replacement came from Dave Kirk since I wanted a lugged bike)

He was the first Serotta dealer back in the day, and the first Bedford dealer when Kelly went off on his own again so he'd be great to work with on getting your new bike from Kelly.
