I haven't read the previous 9 pages of this but Sagan is not looking wise this year.

Forgive me if this is a recycled conversation. His green jersey was won by a well executed race strategy.

Aren't Most Green Jerseys won that way? Cav was probably the most recent "pure" sprinter to win it...mainly by racking up flat stage wins.

Sagan had a mechanical in the sprint. I doubt he would have won, but he would have been higher than 13th.

Wout is just killing it. If he wants greens, he'll have to jump to a team built for it. If he's on with a tour contender like roglic, his role is predetermined.

He is not in good form. Has not had a good finish yet.

I'm really enjoying watching the tour. I missed it in July. I hope the riders and crews and spectators stay free of covid-19.

Not even feeling normal, this tour. But it is good this 'change'. And this tour, starting out so hilly. Unusual, no? It was fun to watch Sagan's team today. Tactics for a change.

ok, be well out there...

Exceeded expectations today. Wout! Who doesn’t love a 3.5 hour full gas century?

Tomorrow promises more surprises I think. Bring on the Pyrenees.

Many were spinning out of their gears, I bet some wish they had this on their bikes...

It would be really interesting to see the power numbers on some of the riders in the front group...

And who says there's no major individual time-trial stage in this year's tour?

What I never understood about that incident was why he was sprinting with the bottle still in the cage. Premeditated malicious intent? He got what he deserved, as did Ala.

Well, looking at the piles of people, crammed together, at the top of some Cols and at the finish..with about 75% wearing masks...plus the spike in France right now..don't bet on no spectators getting sick..and dying..to watch this bike race.

By 8am I've been to.the farmers market, started making bread, started making yogurt, and I'm sitting in front of my old TV watching le tour OTA. Gonna ride after watching. The bread will be done and the yogurt will cook for hours.

It's an unseasonably beautiful day - 70s, dry, sunny. Just fantastic.

Power outage, just as they're starting the HC climb.

Say woooooooooooooootttt?!?!?!?!
