OT: Feldenkrais, anyone?

Has anyone tried this method? A friend told me about it, but hadn't tried it herself. I'm wondering if anyone has. How long until you saw results? Worth the time/cash?

Gonna bump this once to see if anyone has any experience with this. Looking at it to help with nagging low back/hip issues

once upon a time

i did a few sessions. actually it was more like a group exercise class. it was sort of like yoga but as i recall a more gentle and holistic approach.

this describes best my recollection. no harm in trying:

The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want. By increasing sensitivity, the Feldenkrais Method assists you to live your life more fully, efficiently, and comfortably.
