New SRAM Rival AXS

Here's a link to one online seller of the new rival axs group. The cassettes work with the XDR freehub body, just as predicted. The brake hoods are smaller because there is no bite point adjustment, but there is brake lever reach adjustment. If rim brake is needed, there's still force levers at a similar price. I add up a complete group price of $1158, with a BB.

I still prefer my grx 46/30 crank for more range. I'm still trying the 48/31 grx crank with 175mm crank arms.

That's cool. This stuff is really getting into the realm of "regular guy" affordability now.

I just put a NX eagle 12sp 1x group on my fatbike and I'm damn impressed how well it works for how cheap it is. SRAM is killing it with its 12sp stuff.

Great prices all around and arguably a better looking lever shape. Makes the pricing on the new GX AXS look out of whack.

Been super happy with eTap 11sp on my disc road bike and have been tempted to treat my trail bike to electronic shifting.

Really sharp find!

This is now to the point that I'm looking at it, which is WILD!

Has there been any chatter on weights? I have not been able to find any weights, but imagine this is going to open up at XX/XX date when the embargo is over.

Will Shimano respond with 105 level di2?!

I was trying to decide between Force or Red AXS for the new bike, but this may just have me going Rival. If BTD has the right pricing this is a game changer for electronic- and the Hoods look much better for Hydro.

I may be going Red with Rival shifters if I can get my hands on everything else, as this is better looking than Force.

I tried to jump on a preorder from btd but the rear derailleur isn’t an option to even add to cart...bummer!

Definitely keeping my eyes on this group for my gravel bike!

damn, the RD says its already sold out. This group is going to do REAL well. Great price point, will probably work as good as AXS which is great.

None of the parts are here yet. All you can do is pre-order.

That would (or will) be just perfect for my CX bike before the next race season.

Each lever is listed. You have to select left or right.
