The artistic elements almost make up for the boring plot.

I viewed it - contains spoiler type information
Watched it on Prime last night. The race scenes are very good, but the parts involving Millar himself weren't so great. Lots of brooding, and a very weird dance scene in a club (I'm guessing) at the end that didn't add any value.
