Picture worth a thousand words
I understood this intellectually for a long time. But, now (being a Dad) I understand it on a whole different emotional and physical level.

My wife wished me happy Fathers Day this morning and I thanked her for making it possible. Being a Dad to our Son and Daughter is the greatest privilege I have ever had. They are my best friends.

I thought I would go through life without kids (by choice). Then I met my wife and if I took her I took the kids. It was a no brainer. They all hated me for a good while but now, 25 years later, they all called to wish me Happy Fathers Day.
I know I'm not the only step dad here so Happy Fathers Day to the others. Mike
