FS/FT: Moots Vamoots Size 58, all campy chorus, complete bike or f/f/hs

Sad to see this one go, but it's a second road bike and I've been more into mountain biking recently. Hoping to either sell or do some sort of trade deal for a Moots Routt of the same size.

Moots Vamoots
Size 58
All 10 speed Campy Chorus, including wheels and seatpost
Salsa Stem
Ritchey WCS Bars
Reynolds Ouzo Fork with a huge amount of the top left
Selle Saddle (I have a different selle Saddle of you prefer)

Absolutely fantastic ride, I don't see any sort of scratches or dings. Tires are great, Michelin 4 Seasons with a lot of life left. I just weighed the bike and exactly as it sits it weighs 17.6lbs. It probably could use some new bar tape, but otherwise is ready to ride.

You get everything in the photos. I tried to be comprehensive and take high res photos, let me know if I missed anything important.

Link to lots of photos taken just now: https://imgur.com/a/lLbDrkQ

Hoping to get $2300 net to me, after shipping and fees. Please let me know if you have any questions.

That is super tasty looking - love those integrated binders.. And yours is super clean.

Do you know what the size is that's stamped under the BB? That era of Vamoots with traditional geometry I believe went 57.5/59/61.5, with the 59 having a 58cm TT.

This is really nice and a very reasonable price. Nothing like a classic Vamoots. I absolutely love mine. It's my favorite bike.

I believe that's the correct geometry for this bike. It changed in 2010 or 2011. The first two digits of the serial number should tell you the size.

Cheers,

Texbike

Oh, thanks for the heads up, totally neglected to grab that. Below the BB it says "59" so yes 58cm TT.

Indeed they did, appreciate it. The first two digits of the serial on the bottom were 59. Thanks for the compliments, it is an absolutely fantastic bike.

Beautiful bike and build (my size too). Great deal !!! (Unfortunately I already have too many bikes or I'd have to have this.)

GLWS! Should sell pretty quickly. Lots of Moots and Campy devotees around here.

That is a great deal. All Chorus, down to the post and hubs.

Looks like very little use by the appearance of the ergo hoods. FWIW, the drive-side crank mark looks like grease, not a scuff... it'll shift even better with a Campy chain...

Hey wow, great call on the crank. I did a little microfiber scrubbing of it and it looks significantly better. There's still some marks (scratches?), but you can clearly see the lettering now. I don't want to damage the clear coat or anything so won't scrub more, but good eye!

Yep, I'm happy to split it up assuming I have buyers for both!

Bump, lots of interest in selling just the frameset, so I think I'd be willing to do that for the right offer.
