Old Garmin Speed/Cadence Sensor compatible with new Edge Explore?

I am in the market for a new Garmin and the new Edge Explore is likely how I’ll go. I currently have an old Edge 500, and use the chainstay mounted speed/cadence sensor with it. Will that sensor work with the new Edge Explore? I’m hoping it’s a yes, as it would save me some $$. I really like knowing my cadence when I ride...

Yes, I believe it is the GSC-10 (at least it looks like the pictures online). Good to hear ... it’ll save me some cash for sure.
