Why don't I get Paceline Notification e-mails?

OK, so I have been having this problem for months now, but kept thinking it would resolve itself. It hasn't. Anyone else experience this?

The problem is I no longer receive e-mail notifications of any sort from Paceline. I should be getting them for both private messages and subscribed threads but I get neither.

I used to receive the e-mails with no problem.
I did not change any settings.
Yes, I have checked my spam folder.
Yes, I have checked to be sure Paceline has my correct e-mail address.
Yes, I have "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" checked.
Yes, I have "Instant e-mail notification" selected for subscribed threads.

Seems like the problem is beyond me. Or am I missing something?

Try using a different email account. See if that works. Good luck!

I'm aware of the problem and all I know at this point is that this issue started when we moved our forum to a new server. I've been working with the company that hosts our forum, but they haven't been much help so far. I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason for those that this works for and those that it doesn't.

I would be interested in knowing how many users this is affecting and would appreciate you chiming in this thread and let me know if you are experiencing this problem.

BTW, please check your SPAM or bulk email folders to see if the messages have been sucked in there.

Sorry, but I'll do my best to get this working as soon as possible.

For those of with you issues not receiving email notifications, did this start after the first week in September?

A second question, who is your email provider? It seems like this maybe related to the problem.

I can't recall but it has been a few months. My e-mail is @att.net, which is a essentially a Yahoo address.

Thread back from the dead, because after a couple of years of zero e-mail notifications from Paceline, my notifications have suddenly started working properly again.

Did something get changed or fixed?
