Greipel and Gaviria were relegated for irregular sprinting at the end of stage 8. I'm guessing that's because Greipel gave a big elbow, and Gaviria head butted him in response. Is that the way you guys see it?

Nope - Griepel was relegated for irregular sprinting for head butting Arndt, and Gaviria was relegated for irregular sprinting for head butting Griepel.

Two separate incidents - both happened to involve Griepel.

A shame too - I would liked to have seen him win this one.

Yesterday I contributed to the Houston Velodrome fundraiser based on 21 stages for Lawson - whether he makes it or not.
