VAR should take care of the flops that led to the 1-0 lead. It should be 1-1. Fun game to watch, Croatia is playing like they want it more.

I hear you. I tried to make my comment short and subtle. But I think it’s fair to note the significance of the team to France’s current mood. The unity the team inspired, even if passing, is positive. But yes, my aim isn’t to start fireworks. Unless of the celebratory kind.

Yes, that was a howler by Lloris. But calling him an idiot goalkeeper? Captain of the World Champions. He was solid and even spectacular when required through the tournament. Rating of 8.5/10 for the tournament.
